Pros:

Having had my watch for about a week, I am pleased with it. It functions properly, which is worth mentioning to a prospective purchaser, though of course that is a sine qua non, rather than a special virtue. The styling is Modern, stark, the numbers in a block font, the hands black at the center and contrasting white outward, and though not easily discerned from a photo, the bezel is divided into two levels, in a manner subtly interesting, not excessive. Having found the leather straps accompanying less excessive watches to be wanting, I resolved to purchase one with a silicone band, which I hope will prove more enduring. But I wanted it to complement the appearance of the watch. I think the band, which I've taken care to feature in my photos, covered in a pattern of slightly recessed circles, looks quite good in conjunction, as well as being comfortable.

Cons:

On the whole, I am pleased, as I've noted, but I note, as requested, minor flaws. The white paint on the hour hand is not applied evenly, although this would almost not be perceptible to any other than someone looking at it closely.
