Pros:

Fantastic ease of use. Full qwerty keypad makes it easy to text. Touchscreen makes it easier to get to what you want faster than regular phone. Slider keeps you from pocket dialing. Wifi comes in handy. Overall great phone, designed after the Blackberry Torch but costs a lot less.

Cons:

If you want a lot of music, ringtones, videos, etc... you need to buy a micro sd card but they aren't that expensive.
Wifi and mms have to be configured with your cell service. Takes a few minutes with technical assistance.

Pros:

Great Phone for the Price!
Great Blackberry Look-Alike
TV Function works very well.
Very easy to use and touch screen is great

Cons:

Phone memory very small, you will have to have an SD Card
Back Cover not easy to remove and replace

Other Thoughts or Suggestions:

Maybe include small SD with phone Purchase
