Pros:　
I purchased this for my youngest niece who is 2 because she wanted a hand held game system. I loaded some of her favorite cartoons onto the unit and they play continuously. She is able to watch them whenever she wants. She also loves playing with the camera. She isn't old enough to play the games yet.

Cons:　
No touch screen or wi-fi.

Other Thoughts or Suggestions:
If you are purchasing this for a small child then you may want to consider sealing the battery cover as it will pop off if the unit is dropped.

Pros:　
This item is a little gem for my kids. Took me 30min to set it up with games and movies and my kid will not put it down. The movies look real good on it too.

It\'s been great so far. It emulates well and has a fair amount of apps. The WiFi works efficiently and the camera gets good resolution.

The touchscreen could use some work, however after calibration and or use of a stylus it works like a charm.

Its a good quality device for the price, only slightly heavier than the JXD A1000 series.
