1-4S unlocks iPhone 4S card, supports iPhone 4S with OS 5.1, 5.01, 5.0 GSM and CDMA. If you want to unlock VERIZON or SPRINT iPhone 4S in CDMA, please install some patch for IOS 5. Your iPhone must be be jailbroken by Absinthe, otherwise your iPhone 4S cannot register networks or use the 3G network. - Here are the steps to install the packages in Cydia.
1. Cydia > Manage > Sources > Edit > Add

Install: CommCenter* Patch for IOS 5 package
2. Cydia > Manage > Sources > Edit > Add
Input: http://cydia.myrepospace.com/polyson/
Install: iPhone4S Network package - Sometimes if you change one SIM in the iPhone and you restart the phone, you may need to wait a long time to get a signal. If you do not receive a signal in 5 minutes, please restart the iPhone again.
- i-4s have updated to V5.1 and can unlock the iPhone 4S IOS 5.1. Some carriers will display “No Service” when unlocking, try to make a call. IF you are able to make the call, then the unlock has worked.
- i-4S can work with IOS 5.01 because some SIM cards cannot be unlocked in 5.1. If this is the case, please go to “Settings > Phone > SIM Applications” in iPhone and set to “Unlock V5.01***”
- "Hide Mode Table*” means that when you change a SIM, the power on mode table does not show again.
- Input ID just means go to the Carrier Code and input the Carrier Code of your iPhone 4S.
- Sometimes, when you are unlocking, the iPhone will request that you activate. At this point, just restart the iPhone. When the signal is shown, press next and the process is finished.
