Pros:　
Easy to apply. Does its job.

Cons:　
This will do its job if you can get it to stay in the shoe. Unfortunately (and maybe this was my fault) the sticky stuff did not adhere to my shoe back. Maybe this is because my shoe has some type of furry stuff on the heel part. I dont know.

Other Thoughts or Suggestions:
I will buy again, and try with a leather heel shoe. I really think this is worth a second try.
