Pros:　
easy to use, and it comes with directions on how to make different types of cuts with the cutter. what you see in the picture is what you get. i am using it to cut my acrylic nails down when i cant make it to the nail shop right away, but need my nails cut immediately. Very sturdy build. Good buy.

Cons:　
none really.

of course it works better if someone uses it on you, but it is pretty easy to use on yourself also.
