Pros:　
Shines very brightly. Perfect for looking for something in the dark car, or for an address on a dark street.

I first thought mine was broken because it wouldn't turn on. After I unscrewed it, I noticed a little red disk sitting on top of the batteries. After removing the disk, it worked fine. I think it was placed there so the batteries wouldn't die during shipment.
