Pros:

No these are not "useful" but they sure are fun! I bought 8 sets and all the kids and adults loved them! we had fun while the sun was up, but when it got dark the party really began! the on off switch is easy to use and helps save the batteries. The rubberband finger holder is great since it will fit adults as well as kids.

Cons:

the rubberbands that hold them on are a bit snug for adults and you have to take them off now and then to allow a return to circulation! but it is worth the minor discomfort every 15 or 20 minutes.

Other Thoughts or Suggestions:

these are great for kids for parties and very good for new years or Christmas if you live someplace like I do that you can't have fireworks.
