Description says it has full FM frequency, but I wasn't sure if that meant it had an FM tuner/receiver? Or if it meant that it had an FM transmitter so that music/video sound can be listened to over the car stereo system? Or maybe both?

Inquiry : I bought this item for x-mas gift on 12/12/10 and paid extra to get it shipped before the holiday so that i can give it as a gift.Item Never came ,no reply from the seller even though i emailed couple of time and the only reply i get was "all you can do is wait" how in the world will it happen?? Honestly if someone pay extra to get it in a week how come it takes 20 days to come and still didn't show up.I will never get anything from this store and need my money back.

Inquiry : Came fast,2 weeks to New Zealand,makes a squeak squeak noise while playing a song, you can hear it during the quiet parts.No file browser so you cant jump to a album folder. Usb 1.1 so slow while putting music on. Equalizer and good play/skip button layout.
Good for the price, let down by the lack of basic file functions.
