Pros:　
I love the small size of this mouse. I am always dropping my wireless mouse, and I'm sure to break it, so I bought this one for backup. I am now using this one as my primary mouse and I'm saving the other for backup. It is nice for women or girls with small hands. Good mouse for basic computer use (not so good for graphics, etc).

Cons:　
The cord could be a couple of inches longer. It will tangle if unwound/rewound too rapidly, but it is pretty easy to fix.

Other Thoughts or Suggestions:
Pretty colors in this same style of mouse would be nice.
