Pros:　
good construction with low price

Cons:　
i've discovered some differences when comparing my product and the product shown on this page: it has 3 functions not one ( wide, narrow and a stroboscope-vibrating function) and it has a different writing on it ( small sun instead of police), otherwise its a great product
