Pros:　
Small and lightweight, easy to carry, well built and sturdy, uses only 1 AAA battery, decent light yield for it's size.

Cons:　
The mechanics of turning on and off is not reliable. You have to turn the upper part to tighten the electrical connection with the battery. Once the light goes on, it often flickers. Then you have to tighten it once more to have a steady light.
