Pros:　
I ordered two of this product here, and both worked fine up to now. I placed my old T-Mobile SIM card in the GSM slot, put in the battery and made a call. It worked great. I charged up both batteries and began loading the phone with my favorite Apps. The phone is big compared to my old phone. The large size is a plus. Easier to text, easier to see, and it is not difficult to hold. The speaker is adequate, the volume is fine. The 8MP back camera is great if there is ample light. The phone seems solid. It seems that the phone came with a screen protector on it, so this is a plus.

Cons:　
The instruction manual is basically useless.

Pros:　
This phone's great for my use. As an ex-iOS user, I found the Android OS to be a lot less restrictive and apps were better integrated. Good call quality, good reception.

Cons:　
None.

Other Thoughts or Suggestions:
The biggest plus? Price. Absolutely great value and I am keeping this phone.

Just received this phone and it was soo very good looking. Loved the fact that it came with a case and a screen protector. The customer service was excellent and answered any inquiry I had. Camera is nice also.. Will be ordering from them again..

Pros:　
I have this phone since May, and has been a great experience so far. The specs and quality are great deal for the price. With its 1 GHz processor and ram, it can run most apps and most games available at the Play store. Camera pictures quality is good and the super amoled screen display too.

It can even be expanded with a micro SD card

Everything a smart phone should have.
