Pros:

Clear large screen which is easy to read. This is my first phone of this type and I found it easy to get used to.

Cons:

The manual with it is very poor, not written well and extremely small print also. Although I am still finding my way round this phone, I find it difficult to switch between letters and numbers when writing texts.

Other Thoughts or Suggestions:

As a first time user of this style of phone, I think a much better user manual would be helpful.
