Almost plug and play, the configuration is easy and quick! Connected to a machine running Windows 7 Ultimate 64x, it gets less than three minutes to have the repeater working! The manual is clear and direct, but the Config Wizard is awesome! I accessed the repeater, and it almost instantly recognized my wifi. So it was just a question of insert my network password, reboot and it was ready. Simple and easy! I didn't explore its other functions because I was just needing a repeater, and I may say: what a choice! It increased the strenght of my wireless router in a room where I often couldn't connect my laptop to the same condition I have beside the router! I measured the strenght of the signal with WiFi Analizer for Android in this room without the repeater and after its install. Before, the signal had -90dBm; with the repeater, it reached -42dBm

Works excellent, got it working in less than 10 minutes. Very easy to install and picks up a pretty good signal from pretty far away (my desktop with this adapter is on the basement while my router is on the second floor). No complaints from me! The price is amazing.

I question if it is actually D-Link authentic, but I'll just say that I bought a D-Link adapter (almost the exact same except on wireless g) and that piece of poo was really cheap quality. Somehow this one feels a lot sturdier and it was easier to set up.

Same product as on local store's shelf, but 3/4 the price. I have been using it for 3 moths now and haven't had any issues with it. I use it for my PC to save on cable mess in my apartment it get's 80-100% signal strength throw one concrete wall. Works fine on my Windows XP Service pack 3. Build quality is good, mine is stationary so no experience with it traveling
