11. How To Format The Player?

(1)Connect the player to your computer,find the removable disk of it,click it by right key,then a list appears,choose "format",and on file system,use "fat 32" ,start.

12. How Can I Do If The Player Doesn't Charge Battery ?

If the player doesn't when you use charger or computer, it means the USB cable or the MP4 player doesn't work. Please contact us for a USB cable(free). If it still doesn't work after you use the new cable, it means the player has problems, please send it back for refund or exchange.

13. What Is Your Warranty And Return Policies ?

1) 1 year free repair warranty: buyer should pay all the shipping and handling fees for the repair.
2) The returned item must be in brand new condition in order to get the full refund.
3) Seller is not responsible for lost/damaged packages if uninsured.
4) No matter what reason if the item(s) return to us, Buyer need to pay S&H again for re-ship the item (except we
